Quality policy We are a company in the field of product development, assembly and marketing for the car industry, whose highest goal always is to meet the requirements of our customers to 100% and with maximum reliability
In order to meet such high standards, we systematically analyse and evaluate the causes of faults in all operating processes and if necessary the appropriate corrective action is introduced. Furthermore, our activities are aimed at meeting promised quality standards for all our operating processes as well as committing our suppliers to such quality standards. All these requirements serve as benchmark for the constant improvement of our business processes. This requires a special scope of systematic information to all members of staff regarding the goals of our quality efforts and to train them in appropriate modules in order to achieve the quality goals which have been set. We are in constant demand to create a working environment which gives each employee the chance to rise to this challenge being motivated and committed without accepting compromises in the working safety. <br>Only due to the contribution of each member of staff to assure product quality we can succeed to pass faultless outputs internal as well as external to our customers. In order to fulfil these demands we decided to make our business processes transparent and to improve our quality management system permanently according to TS16949 and VDA 6.1 We have stipulated the operational and organisational structure required for the certification and the methods of our quality management in our QM-manual This quality policy is binding to all staff of Dietz-automotive GmbH & Co.
